The Armchair No. 5 — NUAGE is a spacious wingback armchair designed for reading, relaxation and nursery interiors. Its tall, softly upholstered backrest, supportive seat and turned solid beech legs create a calm, enveloping place to sit.

Design & Comfort
NUAGE takes its name from its cloud-like silhouette: generous wings, rounded arms and a deep seat that invites long sitting. The high backrest supports the head and shoulders, which makes the chair equally suitable for nursing, reading or quiet evenings.

The chair works as a single statement piece in a living room, and equally well in pairs flanking a fireplace or window.

Construction
The frame is built from solid beech and plywood, assembled with glued and screwed joints. Seating comfort comes from high-resilience polyurethane foam combined with a soft top layer, so the seat keeps its shape in daily use.

The upholstered body rests on turned solid beech legs. This product includes the armchair on legs only; a footstool is not included.

Upholstery
The Armchair No. 5 is offered in two upholstery fabrics. Both are soft to the touch, densely woven and suited to everyday use.

Coco combines several yarn colours in a single weave, so each shade reads as a blend rather than a flat colour. The structure hides everyday marks well. Available here in 7 colours: CO-36, CO-38A, CO-52, CO-53B, CO-55B, CO-80 and CO-87.

Catch Me has a three-dimensional, softly textured surface with a gentle sheen. Available here in 7 colours: CM-01, CM-02, CM-05, CM-13, CM-19, CM-21 and CM-24.

Screen settings and lighting affect how colour appears, so we recommend ordering a fabric sample before confirming the final upholstery.

Optional Runners
The armchair stands on turned solid beech legs. A set of solid beech runners is available separately, so the same chair can be converted into a rocking chair later — the legs are simply exchanged for the runners.

Leg Finish
The legs are turned from solid beech and offered in two finishes: natural beech, which keeps the pale warmth of the raw timber, and walnut-stained beech, a deeper brown tone.

Wood is a natural material, so grain and colour vary slightly between pieces.

Care & Safety
Smooth the upholstery by hand to keep the pile even. Remove loose dust with a soft, dry cloth. Treat spills immediately by blotting with a clean, absorbent cloth, working from the outside towards the centre. Do not rub, soak or use solvents or bleach.

Keep the chair away from direct heat sources and prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade any textile over time. Do not sit on the wings or armrests.

Made to Order & Delivery
Each NUAGE armchair is prepared to order in the selected upholstery and leg finish. Standard production time is approximately 2–4 weeks, followed by delivery time to the destination.

The chair is dispatched from Poland within the European Union. Deliveries within the EU do not require customs clearance.
