The Bed No. 8 is an upholstered quilted chenille storage bed built from plump, clearly drawn panels that wrap the frame on every side. The soft, cloud-like form warms up the bedroom the moment the bed arrives, and sits equally well in a minimalist room, a japandi interior or modern classic.
Choose from 4 mattress sizes and 13 selected Catch Me chenille colours. Solid beech legs, a slatted base and gas-lift storage are included as standard. The mattress is not included and can be purchased separately.
Design & Comfort
Quilted Upholstered Bed with a Tall Headboard
Some beds are for sleeping, others are the reason you want to go to bed early. The rounded quilting gives the frame a soft, sculptural silhouette without making the bedroom feel visually busy.
The upholstered headboard rises approximately 99 cm from the floor and supports your back comfortably over a book, a series or morning coffee in bed. Thick foam keeps its shape for years, and the back is finished in fibertex, so the bed looks right even when it stands away from the wall.

A body of solid wood and furniture board, a steel frame and 48 sprung slats as standard give the mattress even support. The mattress sits approximately 5 cm into the frame, so it never shifts during the night.

A deep storage box for bedding, blankets and pillows sits under the base, closed with an HDF bottom panel. Gas lifts raise the frame with one hand and hold it open safely while you pack.

The frame is 20 cm wider than the mattress it holds and 222 cm long in every size. The quilted headboard stands 99 cm above the floor and the upholstered side rails are 37 cm high.

Custom mattress sizes are made to order. A made-to-measure frame starts at the price of the standard version plus 20%.

Care
Everyday Care
Vacuum the upholstery with a soft brush attachment. Remove fresh stains with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, always working from the edge of the stain inwards. Keep the bed out of direct sunlight to preserve the depth of the colour.
